About the position

As a site manager in electrical installations, you will lead and coordinate installation and service projects while being responsible for daily management on-site. You will plan tasks, allocate resources, monitor time and quality, and ensure compliance with applicable safety and work environment requirements. This is a full-time position.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and allocate work for installers and subcontractors.

• Prepare work preparations and ensure that drawings and technical documents are followed.

• Monitor timelines, material usage, and finances.

• Ensure quality and work environment on-site and conduct risk assessments.

• Contact with customers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who has

• Vocational training in electrical installations or equivalent technical background.

• Experience in leadership or project management within the electrical installation industry.

• Good knowledge of electrical installations, regulations, and reading technical drawings.

• Good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as basic computer skills.

• Driver's license B.
